Description

Polished axe with lenticular sections found at Les Herbiers in Vendée (France) and made with well known flints of the Charente area. This specimen dates back between the 3rd and 4th millenium B.C.

Some minor chips on the cutting edge but almost perfct state of preservation. Some little organic traces on the heel that could come from hafting.
