Description
La Tene bronze fibula of Geto-Dacian type and IIId class (Zirra) and dating between 240 and 300 B.C. from sub danubian area.
This kind of fibulae is short and made from a single piece of bronze with short one loop spring, and designed with a S shape ending with a little mushroom knob.
Our specimen is decorated with engraved patterns (a cross between two parallel lines).
This fibula shows no defect and is ready for a new use.
